There being no objection, it was so ordered. HJR 20 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HJR 20 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HJR 20 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 29 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 5 ABSENT: 0 2014-02-26 House Journal Page 1712 Yeas: Austerman, Chenault, Costello, Edgmon, Feige, Gattis, Gruenberg, Higgins, Holmes, Hughes, Isaacson, Johnson, Keller, LeDoux, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Nageak, Neuman, Olson, Pruitt, Reinbold, Saddler, Seaton, Stoltze, Thompson, Tuck, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Nays: Gara, Guttenberg, Josephson, Kito III, Kreiss-Tomkins, Tarr Excused: Drummond, Foster, Hawker, Herron, Kawasaki Gara changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Tarr changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, HJR 20 passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
